Consultation – $225
We meet with client at their home. After a self-guided walk through, we discuss adjustments that could be made to better market the house. Usually lasts between 1-2 hours.
Partial Staging ~ $750
We preview the home and decide which furniture, art and accessories would best highlight the home. We recommend living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom would be staged, as minimum. Generally staged 1-2 days before photos. Staging fee + monthly furniture rental. Generally speaking, the one-time staging fee is $500-700 (distance dependent). Furniture rental for those “key” rooms is roughly $335.
Full Staging ~ $1100
We preview the home and decide which furniture, art and accessories would best highlight the home. All rooms are staged, though, to meet budgets, we can adjust. Generally staged 1-2 days before photos. Staging fee + monthly furniture rental. Generally speaking, the one-time staging fee is $500-700 (distance dependent). Furniture rental is generally between $375 – $650, depending on the number of rooms.
